According to; Regarding; Due to; Following .... ใช้อย่างไร


1. According to means someone said or told me something, or I read something or heard something, and I am telling you what they said.
หมายถึงบางคนกำลังพูดถึงบางอย่างอยู่ หรือไปอ่านไปฟังอะไรมา 

According to the weather report, it's supposed to rain all day tomorrow.

2. Regarding
Regarding to is a mistake.  We never use to with regarding.  Regarding means aboutor with respect to.  However, with regard to has the same meaning as regarding.
เราใช้ Regarding เฉยๆ  หรือ With regard to

Regarding your complaint, we will do our best to solve the problem.  Please be patient.

With regard to your complaint, we will do our best to solve the problem.  Please be patient.

3. Due to means because of.

The picnic has been cancelled due to rain.

4. Following
Following to is also a mistake.  We never use following with to.  
Following means after.

Following the party, we're going to go to karaoke.
